"Always had a good experience with Akins and his team. He seems to care more about his community and the people he represents thru State Farm than most. Over the years I’ve randomly compared rates with other insurance companies because you’re always looking for the best deal. Although I found some insurance companies with not so reputable backgrounds seem to be a few dollars lower, but they lack certain areas of coverage. When you think you’ll save on car insurance, you lose on homeowners and what you save on homeowners you lose on car insurance. Lol 😂 i’ve always found when you have a multi policy discount That coverage definitely varies from carrier to carrier. It’s not always cheaper to go somewhere else. And I think in comparison, my rates have been pretty reasonable. With so many options available it’s really hard to make the right insurance decision and I find the older you get the easier it gets on that, So for the younger drivers who are experiencing high rate, that’s because you’re a young driver. Hopefully experience will get you a discounted rate if you can drive like a normal person ha ha but as far as Keith and his team I find that they do go above and beyond what is called for an insurance company. They do care about the people in the community that Have policies with them and they do very much care about making sure you get the best rates possible. I don’t have anything negative to say. So if you’re looking for good policy coverage For your home and your vehicle, you can’t go wrong with having his team represent you. I highly suggest you pick a good insurance company with a good team who is reputable With fair prices and integrity like Keith’s team."

"I don't write too many reviews for anything, but I think we should give credit to the people who work hard to give us great customer service. I know it's always too easy to write negative reviews for the restaurant you went to last night because your chicken was dry and the waitress was rude. But we also need to think about the good places too, because they can be quite difficult to find. Keith and his team should be recognized for one of the really good places that are so easy to forget about because they are just simply making everything work for us day after day. Keith has always taken great care of me and my family. I have been with State Farm for 30 years now, and can honestly say that I have never had a reason to look anywhere else for my Insurance needs. During the course of these 30 years, I have had many changes in coverage, adding and removing many vehicles, homeowners coverage, vehicle loans... and the list goes on. Keith and the team have always gone the extra mile to make sure I had the changes needed so we would be fully covered no matter the day or time.
